Q. How quickly can you buy my property? A. We normally complete within 2-4 weeks. Depending on your circumstances we may be able to act faster.
Q. Will you offer market value for my property? A. No. Our offer will normally be between 70-80% of the open market value. This is because we offer a swift sale with no chain and no costs to you. Q. How much will it cost? A. Nothing. No estate agent fees, No legal fees, No survey fees. (If you are already using an estate agent you will need to check the terms of your contract).
Q. Can I stay in my house? A. Yes we can allow you to rent the property back for as long as you need to.
